Medication Assistance Program (MAP) Team

The Medication Assistance Program (MAP) Team is committed to serving patients by helping them receive high-cost medications at zero cost. With compassion at the heart of their work, the team partners with providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other community resources to ensure each patient receives the support they need to improve their health and overall well-being.

Driven by a spirit of service, the MAP team approaches every patient with empathy, respect, and genuine care. They understand that each request represents a real person and family, and they are dedicated to walking alongside patients throughout the medication assistance process. Through teamwork, dedication, and heart, they strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve.

Esther Martinez, Pharmacy Programs Supervisor for the Medication Assistance Program (MAP)

Esther Martinez is the Pharmacy Programs Supervisor for the Medication Assistance Program (MAP) Department, where she leads pharmacy services that help patients obtain high-cost medications at zero cost. With over 20 years of experience in pharmacy services, Esther has built a strong background in medication access, program development, and patient-centered care. She has dedicated her career to improving processes, supporting clinical teams, and guiding patients through prescription assistance programs with compassion and understanding. Rooted in faith, Esther leads with service, collaboration, and a deep commitment to the community. She takes pride in mentoring her team and ensuring that every patient interaction reflects dignity, respect, and care. Through her work, she continues to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients, strengthening pharmacy services, and helping individuals live healthier, fuller lives.

Jaime Wesoloski

President & Chief Executive Officer

Jaime Wesolowski is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Methodist Healthcare Ministries. A healthcare executive with three decades of leadership experience, Jaime is responsible for the overall governance and direction of Methodist Healthcare Ministries. Jaime earned his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University, and his Bachelor’s of Science from Indiana University in Healthcare Administration. As a cancer survivor, Jaime is a staunch supporter of the American Cancer Society. He serves as Chair of the American Cancer Society’s South Texas Area board of directors and he was appointed as Chair to the recently created South Region Advisory Cabinet, covering eight states from Arizona through Alabama. Jaime believes his personal experience as a cancer survivor has given him more defined insight and compassion to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
